CVE-2026-107299 Média · 5.9 CWE-228 08/10/2026
msgpack5: Reserved byte can cause unbounded stream buffering
msgpack5 is a msgpack v5 implementation for node.js and the browser. Prior to 6.1.0, the streaming decoder treats the reserved MessagePack byte 0xc1 as incomplete input instead of invalid input. When 0xc1 begins a stream, subsequent data remains buffered while the decoder waits for bytes that cannot make the value valid, allowing a remote peer to exhaust memory. This issue is fixed in version 6.1.0.

An arbitrary code execution vulnerability in Mistral Vibe allows an attacker to bypass command permission checks using shell constructs it's parser cannot interpret. Unparsed portions are omitted from inspection, enabling embedded commands to execute on the user's system without approval.

Improper Handling of Syntactically Invalid Structure in MZ Automation libIEC61850
A NULL pointer dereference in the L2 GOOSE and R-GOOSE shared parser, which may allow a network-adjacent attacker to crash a subscribing application by sending a crafted GOOSE frame containing a malformed TLV value.

Ericsson Packet Core Controller (PCC) versions prior to 1.39 contain a vulnerability where an attacker sending a large volume of specially crafted messages may cause service degradation.
CVE-2026-25657 Média · 6.5 CWE-228 05/06/2026
Ericsson Packet Core Gateway (PCG) - Improper Handling of Syntactically Invalid Structure Vulnerability
Ericsson Packet Core Gateway (PCG) versions prior to 1.30 contain an Improper Handling of Syntactically Invalid Structure (CWE-228) vulnerability where an attacker continuously sending a specially crafted message can cause service degradation. The impact continues as long the attack persists but the system recovers from the crashes when the attack stops.
CVE-2026-42100 Alta · 7.5 CWE-228 19/05/2026
DoS in Sparx Pro Cloud Server
Improper Handling of Syntactically Invalid Structure in Sparx Pro Cloud Server allows Denial of Service (DoS) attack to be executed by sending an specially crafted SQL query. This causes the Pro Cloud Server service to terminate unexpectedly.  The vendor was notified early about this vulnerability, but didn't respond with the details of vulnerability or vulnerable version range. Only version 6.1 (build 167) and below were tested and confirmed as vulnerable, other versions were not tested and might also be vulnerable.
CVE-2026-34232 Alta · 7.5 CWE-228 17/04/2026
Firebird: DoS via `op_response` packet from client
Firebird is an open-source relational database management system. In versions prior to 5.0.4, 4.0.7 and 3.0.14, the xdr_status_vector() function does not handle the isc_arg_cstring type when decoding an op_response packet, causing a server crash when one is encountered in the status vector. An unauthenticated attacker can exploit this by sending a crafted op_response packet to the server. This issue has been fixed in versions 5.0.4, 4.0.7 and 3.0.14.

Ericsson Packet Core Controller (PCC) - Improper Handling of Syntactically Invalid Structure Vulnerability
Ericsson Packet Core Controller (PCC) versions prior to 1.38 contain a vulnerability where an attacker sending a large volume of specially crafted messages may cause service degradation.

A vulnerability in the HTTP Server feature of Cisco IOS Software and Cisco IOS XE…
A vulnerability in the HTTP Server feature of Cisco IOS Software and Cisco IOS XE Software Release 3E could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to cause an affected device to reload unexpectedly, resulting in a denial of service (DoS) condition. This vulnerability is due to improper validation of user-supplied input. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending malformed HTTP requests to an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause a watchdog timer to expire and the device to reload, resulting in a DoS condition. To exploit this vulnerability, the attacker must have a valid user account.

IBM Terracotta denial of service
Applications using affected versions of Ehcache 3.x can experience degraded cache-write performance if the application using Ehcache utilizes keys sourced from (malicious) external parties in an unfiltered/unsalted way.
