AutoGPT has missing Docker log rotation on platform containers that allows host disk-exhaustion DoS
AutoGPT is a platform that allows users to create, deploy, and manage continuous artificial intelligence agents that automate complex workflows. In AutoGPT, the execution process is recorded to the console (stdout/stderr), and deployed in container mode, which is automatically captured by Docker and stored as "container logs". However, prior to 0.6.32, there is no limit on the log size when the container is deployed. When the number of user accesses is too large, the log on the server disk will be too large, causing disk resource exhaustion and eventually causing DoS. autogpt-platform-beta-v0.6.32 fixes the issue.

HTTP/1 chunked body reader ignores length cap in bandit
Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in mtrudel bandit allows unauthenticated remote denial of service via memory exhaustion.
The chunked clause of 'Elixir.Bandit.HTTP1.Socket':read_data/2 in lib/bandit/http1/socket.ex ignores the caller-supplied :length option when reading HTTP/1 chunked request bodies. Instead of capping the accumulated body at the configured limit (e.g. Plug.Parsers' default 8 MB), do_read_chunked_data!/5 buffers every received chunk into an iolist unconditionally and materializes the entire body as a single binary. The function always returns {:ok, body, ...}, so callers cannot interpose a 413 response.
Because Plug.Parsers runs before routing and authentication in the standard Phoenix endpoint, an unauthenticated attacker needs no valid route or credentials. Sending a single Transfer-Encoding: chunked POST request with an arbitrarily large body to any path causes the BEAM process to exhaust available memory and be terminated by the OS OOM killer.
The content-length path in the same function correctly enforces the limit and is not affected.
This issue affects bandit: from 1.4.0 before 1.11.1.

CWE-770 12/05/2026
PhpSpreadsheet: CPU Denial of Service via Unbounded Row Number in XLSX Row Dimensions
PhpSpreadsheet is a pure PHP library for reading and writing spreadsheet files. Prior to 1.30.4, 2.1.16, 2.4.5, 3.10.5, and 5.7.0, the XLSX reader's ColumnAndRowAttributes::readRowAttributes() method reads row numbers from XML attributes without validating them against the spreadsheet maximum row limit (AddressRange::MAX_ROW = 1,048,576). An attacker can craft a minimal XLSX file (~1.6KB) containing a <row r="999999999"/> element that inflates cachedHighestRow to 999,999,999, causing any subsequent row iteration to attempt ~1 billion loop cycles and exhaust CPU resources. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.30.4, 2.1.16, 2.4.5, 3.10.5, and 5.7.0.

CWE-770 12/05/2026
PhpSpreadsheet: CPU Denial of Service via Unbounded Row Index in SpreadsheetML XML Reader
PhpSpreadsheet is a pure PHP library for reading and writing spreadsheet files. Prior to 1.30.4, 2.1.16, 2.4.5, 3.10.5, and 5.7.0, the SpreadsheetML XML reader (Reader\Xml) does not validate the ss:Index row attribute against the maximum allowed row count (AddressRange::MAX_ROW = 1,048,576). An attacker can craft a SpreadsheetML XML file with ss:Index="999999999" on a <Row> element, which inflates the internal cachedHighestRow to ~1 billion. Any subsequent call to getRowIterator() without an explicit end row will attempt to iterate ~1 billion rows, causing CPU exhaustion and denial of service. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.30.4, 2.1.16, 2.4.5, 3.10.5, and 5.7.0.

ciguard: SCA HTTP client reads response body without size cap
ciguard is a static security auditor for CI/CD pipelines. From 0.6.0 to 0.8.1, both SCA HTTP clients (src/ciguard/analyzer/sca/osv.py and src/ciguard/analyzer/sca/endoflife.py) call payload = json.loads(resp.read().decode('utf-8')) without a maximum-bytes cap. A hostile or compromised endoflife.date / OSV.dev (or a successful TLS MITM) could return a multi-GB response, exhausting the ciguard process's memory. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.8.2.

NanaZip: Unbounded resource consumption in NanaZip littlefs parser via attacker-controlled BlockCount
NanaZip is an open source file archive. From 5.0.1252.0 to before 6.0.1698.0, a denial-of-service vulnerability exists in the littlefs filesystem image parser in NanaZip. The handler's Open method reads BlockCount directly from the attacker-controlled superblock without any validation against the actual file size or any upper-bound ceiling, then iterates BlockCount times, allocating a file-path entry per iteration. A crafted 44-byte littlefs image with BlockCount = 0xFFFFFFFF causes ~4 billion heap allocations, exhausting available memory. This vulnerability is fixed in 6.0.1698.0.

CWE-770 09/05/2026
Argo Workflows: Unauthenticated Memory Exhaustion (DoS) in Webhook Interceptor
Argo Workflows is an open source container-native workflow engine for orchestrating parallel jobs on Kubernetes. Prior to versions 3.7.14 and 4.0.5, the Webhook Interceptor loads the entire request body into memory before authenticating the request or verifying its signature. This occurs on the /api/v1/events/ endpoint, which is publicly accessible (albeit intended for webhooks). An attacker can send a request with an extremely large body (e.g., multiple gigabytes), causing the Argo Server to allocate excessive memory, potentially leading to an Out-Of-Memory (OOM) crash and denial of service. This issue has been patched in versions 3.7.14 and 4.0.5.

Russh: Pre-auth DoS via unbounded allocation in keyboard-interactive auth
Russh is a Rust SSH client & server library. Prior to version 0.60.1, a pre-authentication denial-of-service vulnerability exists in the server's keyboard-interactive authentication handler. A malicious client can crash any russh-based server that implements keyboard-interactive auth (e.g., for 2FA/TOTP) with a single malformed packet, requiring no credentials. This issue has been patched in version 0.60.1.

CWE-770 08/05/2026
ZEBRA: Permanent Block Discovery Halt via Gossip Queue Saturation and Syncer Poisoning
ZEBRA is a Zcash node written entirely in Rust. Prior to version 4.4.0, a composite denial-of-service vulnerability in Zebra's block discovery pipeline allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to permanently halt all new block discovery on a targeted node. The attack exploits three independent weaknesses in the gossip, syncer, and download subsystems — all exercisable from a single TCP connection — to create a monotonically growing block deficit that never self-heals. This issue has been patched in version 4.4.0.

CWE-770 08/05/2026
Atom table exhaustion via attacker-controlled GraphQL SDL names in absinthe
Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in absinthe-graphql absinthe allows unauthenticated denial of service via atom table exhaustion when parsing attacker-controlled GraphQL SDL.
Multiple Blueprint.Draft.convert/2 implementations in Absinthe's SDL language modules call String.to_atom/1 on attacker-controlled names from parsed GraphQL SDL documents, including directive names, field names, type names, and argument names. Because atoms are never garbage-collected and the BEAM atom table has a fixed limit (default 1,048,576), each unique name permanently consumes one slot. An attacker can exhaust the atom table by submitting SDL documents containing enough unique names, causing the Erlang VM to abort with system_limit and taking down the entire node.
Any application that passes attacker-controlled GraphQL SDL through Absinthe's parser is exposed — for example, a schema-upload endpoint, a federation gateway that ingests remote SDL, or any developer tool that runs the parser over user-supplied documents.
This issue affects absinthe: from 1.5.0 before 1.10.2.

ZEBRA: Allocation Amplification in Inbound Network Deserializers
ZEBRA is a Zcash node written entirely in Rust. Prior to zebrad version 4.4.0, prior to zebra-chain version 7.0.0, and prior to zebra-network version 6.0.0, several inbound deserialization paths in Zebra allocated buffers sized against generic transport or block-size ceilings before the tighter protocol or consensus limits were enforced. An unauthenticated or post-handshake peer could therefore force the node to preallocate and parse for orders of magnitude more data than the protocol intended, across headers messages, equihash solutions in block headers, Sapling spend vectors in V5/V4 transactions, and coinbase script bytes in blocks. This issue has been patched in zebrad version 4.4.0, zebra-chain version 7.0.0, and zebra-network version 6.0.0.

Incus: Unbounded binary import disk exhaustion
Incus is a system container and virtual machine manager. Prior to version 7.0.0, uploads of large amount of data by authenticated users can run the Incus server out of disk space, potentially taking down the host system. The impact here is limited for anyone using storage.images_volume and storage.backups_volume as those users will have large uploads be stored on those volumes rather than directly on the host filesystem. This is the default behavior on IncusOS. This issue has been patched in version 7.0.0.

CWE-770 07/05/2026
Incus: Unbounded YAML Metadata Decode via Parsing
Incus is a system container and virtual machine manager. Prior to version 7.0.0, user provided image and backup tarballs would be unpacked and YAML files parsed without any size restrictions. This was making it easy for an authenticated user to provide a crafted image or backup tarball that when parsed by Incus would lead to a very large YAML document being loaded into memory, potentially causing the entire server to run out of memory. This issue has been patched in version 7.0.0.

OpenTelemetry.Exporter.OneCollector vulnerable to denial of service via unbounded HTTP error response body
OpenTelemetry.Exporter.OneCollector is a .NET exporter that sends telemetry to a OneCollector back-end over HTTP. In versions 1.15.0 and earlier, when a request to the configured back-end or collector results in an unsuccessful HTTP 4xx or 5xx response, the HttpJsonPostTransport class reads the entire response body into memory with no upper bound on the number of bytes consumed in order to include the error response in operator logs.
An attacker who controls the configured endpoint, or who can intercept traffic to it via a man-in-the-middle attack, can return an arbitrarily large response body. This causes unbounded heap allocation in the consuming process, leading to high transient memory pressure, garbage-collection stalls, or an OutOfMemoryException that terminates the process. As a workaround, use network-level controls such as firewall rules, mTLS, or a service mesh to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks on the configured back-end or collector endpoint. This issue is fixed in version 1.15.1, which limits the number of bytes read from the response body in an error condition to 4 MiB.

CWE-770 06/05/2026
Unbounded HTTP response body read in OpenTelemetry.Resources.Azure
OpenTelemetry.Resources.Azure is the .NET resource detector for Azure environments. In versions 1.15.0-beta.1 and earlier, the AzureVmMetaDataRequestor class makes HTTP requests to the Azure VM instance metadata service and reads the response body into memory without any size limit. As a workaround, disable the Azure VM resource detector or use network-level controls such as firewall rules, mTLS, or a service mesh to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks on the Azure VM instance metadata endpoint. This issue is fixed in version 1.15.1-beta.1, which streams responses rather than buffering them entirely in memory and ignores responses larger than 4 MiB.
