CWE-303 17/09/2026
libmongoc SCRAM client nonce-validation bypass
A flaw in libmongoc's SCRAM authentication implementation caused the client to continue the authentication handshake and transmit the client proof even when a nonce mismatch was detected in the server's first message. An unauthorized party with a man-in-the-middle position could exploit this by injecting a crafted server-first-message containing a controlled salt and low iteration count, then capturing the resulting client proof to perform offline password cracking. This vulnerability is mitigated by TLS, which is standard in production deployments.

CVE-2026-45723
Baixa · 2.7
CWE-20 17/09/2026
Omni: Operator can traverse image-factory API paths via unsanitized `talos_version` in CreateSchematic
Omni manages Kubernetes on bare metal, virtual machines, or in a cloud. Prior to 1.6.6 and 1.7.3, managementServer.CreateSchematic in internal/backend/grpc/schematics.go passes the caller-controlled TalosVersion field to imageFactoryClient.OverlaysVersions without validating it as a version. An authenticated Operator can submit traversal segments in TalosVersion, and url.URL.JoinPath normalizes them into unintended paths on the configured image-factory host. Omni then issues HTTP GET requests to those paths and reflects error-body content, enabling same-host endpoint probing and possible disclosure of internal diagnostics while preventing redirection to another host or write requests. This issue is fixed in versions 1.6.6 and 1.7.3.
CVE-2026-55061
Baixa · 1.0
CWE-88 17/09/2026
uniget: EDITOR Command Injection in uniget CLI
uniget is a universal installer and updater for (container) tools. Prior to 0.27.6, the hooks edit command in cmd/uniget/hooks.go parses UNIGET_EDITOR or EDITOR with strings.Split(editor, " ") and passes every space-delimited suffix as an argument to the selected editor executable. An attacker who can influence the editor environment and cause hook editing can supply unexpected editor arguments, potentially causing unintended actions with the privileges of the uniget process account. Go os/exec does not evaluate shell operators in these arguments, so the advisory's wrapper demonstration establishes argument delivery but does not establish shell command interpretation. This issue is fixed in version 0.27.6.
CVE-2026-54649
Baixa · 2.1
CWE-200 17/09/2026
punchin-email: Operator inbox (FORWARD_TO) disclosed to correspondents on reply — Cloudflare forward() drops the relay Reply-To
punchin-email is a Cloudflare Email Worker that provides two-way role aliases while relaying mail to a private inbox. Prior to 1.5.0, handleInbound delivers inbound alias mail with message.forward(), which silently drops the added Reply-To header intended to route responses through the relay. When a correspondent sends mail to an alias and the operator replies, the mail client can send directly to the correspondent from the private FORWARD_TO inbox address, exposing that address. The disclosure is limited to the operator's own email address and does not expose third-party data or provide code execution or authentication bypass. This issue is fixed in version 1.5.0.
CVE-2026-85716
Baixa · 3.7
CWE-287 17/09/2026
AsyncHttpClient: SCRAM and Digest mutual-authentication responses are not verified
The AsyncHttpClient (AHC) library allows Java applications to easily execute HTTP requests and asynchronously process HTTP responses. From 3.0.8 until 3.0.12, processScramAuthenticationInfo and processAuthenticationInfo compute the SCRAM ServerSignature or Digest rspauth verification result but log a mismatch and still deliver the response as authenticated. On a non-TLS or compromised transport, a peer that has not proved knowledge of the shared secret can therefore be accepted as the server. The fix rejects a present invalid value and computes Digest rspauth from the Authorization parameters actually sent, but verification remains unenforced when the value is absent, the sent parameters cannot be recovered, or Digest uses qop=auth-int. This issue is fixed in version 3.0.12.
CVE-2026-54579
Baixa · 2.3
CWE-125 17/09/2026
mport mirror-selection ping accepts insufficiently validated ICMP replies
mport is the MidnightBSD Package Manager. Prior to 2.7.8, ping() in libmport/ping.c accepted ICMP replies without validating icmp_id or icmp_seq and parsed the reply using a fixed IP-header offset instead of ip_hl. A network attacker able to inject or spoof visible ICMP replies could influence mirror latency selection, while a malformed packet carrying IP options could shift the ICMP header and trigger an out-of-bounds read. This issue is fixed in version 2.7.8.
CVE-2026-54578
Baixa · 2.0
CWE-354 17/09/2026
mport verify can compare stale checksum data after hashing failures
mport is the MidnightBSD Package Manager. Prior to 2.7.8, mport_verify_package() in libmport/verify.c could continue after MD5File() or SHA256_File() failed and compare an expected checksum with stale data in the hash buffer rather than a newly computed digest. An attacker able to influence an installed file or the conditions that make hashing fail could receive a misleading integrity result or hide a checksum failure. This issue is fixed in version 2.7.8.
CVE-2026-54577
Baixa · 2.0
CWE-20 17/09/2026
mport audit can inspect the wrong package when options are present
mport is the MidnightBSD Package Manager. Prior to 2.7.8, the audit command in mport/mport.c computed option-adjusted local_argv and local_argc values but passed the original argument entry to audit_package(). When an operator or automation used an option such as -r before a package name, stale optind state and the unadjusted argument could cause mport to audit the option token instead of the requested package, producing a false-negative or useless result that could leave a vulnerable package unidentified. The corrected parsing resets optind and optreset before using the adjusted local arguments. This issue is fixed in version 2.7.8.

Mattermost Desktop App plugin popout scheme validation bypass
Mattermost Desktop App versions <=6.2 6.2.2.0 fail to validate the URL scheme when checking whether a target URL is internal to the connected server, which allows a network-positioned attacker to load a plugin popout window over an insecure connection via a link using a downgraded URL scheme. Mattermost Advisory ID: MMSA-2026-00717
CVE-2026-61700
Baixa · 3.7
CWE-284 17/09/2026
MariaDB Connector/J does not enforce allowLocalInfile=false on server-initiated LOCAL INFILE requests
MariaDB Connector/J is used to connect applications developed in Java to MariaDB and MySQL databases. Prior to 2.7.14, 3.3.5, 3.4.3, and 3.5.9, ClientMessage.readPacket processes a server-initiated LOCAL INFILE protocol packet 0xfb without enforcing allowLocalInfile=false. When an application sends a LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE COM_QUERY, a rogue or man-in-the-middle server can echo the same filename and cause the connector to transmit that file despite the disabled option. The server cannot redirect the request to an arbitrary path and can receive only the exact file already selected by the application, so exploitation requires an application that actively loads sensitive data over an untrusted connection. This issue is fixed in versions 2.7.14, 3.3.5, 3.4.3, and 3.5.9.

CWE-346 17/09/2026
Mattermost Desktop App Missing IPC Sender Validation in Calls Leave Handler
Mattermost Desktop App versions <=6.2 6.2.2.0 fails to validate the IPC sender in the leaveCall handler which allows a malicious or compromised Mattermost server (or a user with script access to a connected server view) to disconnect an active call belonging to a different connected server via the desktopAPI.leaveCall IPC message. Mattermost Advisory ID: MMSA-2026-00699
CVE-2026-92962
Baixa · 2.1
CWE-693 17/09/2026
vm2 before 3.11.4 Defense Invariant Violation via setup-sandbox.js
vm2 is a sandbox for running untrusted JavaScript. In vm2 versions up to and including 3.11.3, the defaultSandboxPrepareStackTrace function in lib/setup-sandbox.js builds its output array using prototype-walking index assignment (lines[lines.length] = value) rather than a prototype-bypassing define-property primitive. Because this bridge-internal array is allocated in the sandbox realm, code inside the sandbox can install an accessor on Array.prototype for the relevant index; the accessor is then invoked whenever the sandbox reads error.stack (or otherwise triggers Error.prepareStackTrace), allowing sandbox code to observe and intercept each stack-trace line written by the bridge. The same pattern is used in the error-handling (catch) branch. The values written are formatted strings only, so the practical impact is limited to an information side channel and a violation of vm2's bridge-container defense invariant rather than a sandbox escape; the vendor rates the issue Low. The issue is fixed in vm2 3.11.4, which installs each entry as an own data property via Reflect.defineProperty.

Baixa · 1.8
CWE-760 17/09/2026
Reversible IP address pseudonymisation in AshAuthentication audit log hash mode
Use of a One-Way Hash with a Predictable Salt vulnerability in team-alembic AshAuthentication allows readers of the audit store to recover the client IP addresses that the audit log add-on's :hash privacy mode is meant to pseudonymise.
AshAuthentication.AddOn.AuditLog.IpPrivacy.hash_ip/1 computes a single unkeyed :crypto.hash(:sha256, salt <> ip) and truncates the result to 16 hexadecimal characters. The salt is read from the :audit_log_ip_salt or :secret application config keys, and falls back to the constant "default-salt-change-in-production" published in the library source when neither is set, with nothing warning that the default is in use. The IPv4 space is only 2^32 values and SHA-256 is fast, so the whole hash table is precomputable and every stored value maps back to its source address. Truncating to 16 characters does not help, and even a configured salt leaves the hash cheap enough to enumerate once it leaks.
This issue affects ash_authentication: from 4.12.0 before 4.15.0 and from 5.0.0-rc.0 before 5.0.0-rc.14.
CVE-2026-82723
Baixa · 1.8
CWE-532 17/09/2026
Actor record with password digest stored in AshAuthentication audit log entries
Insertion of Sensitive Information into Log File vulnerability in team-alembic AshAuthentication allows disclosure of user password digests to readers of the audit store.
The audit_log add-on builds each entry's extra_data in AshAuthentication.AddOn.AuditLog.Auditor.build_extra_data/4, which takes :actor from the action callback context verbatim. Any audited action invoked with actor: set to a user record therefore deposits that record, including its hashed_password attribute, into the audit entry. The same module already collapses the audited identity to an opaque string via AshAuthentication.user_to_subject/1 and filters params against the strategy's configured allow-list, so the actor is the only stored value that reaches the audit store unfiltered. Marking the attribute sensitive?: true does not help, because that redacts inspect/1 output rather than JSON encoding or raw-term storage.
There is no attacker-controlled trigger and no network disclosure path: entries accumulate from ordinary authenticated activity, and an attacker's own requests deposit only their own digest. Exploitation requires independent read access to the audit store, such as database credentials, an audit role, a backup, or a log shipper, at which point the digests support offline password attack against every active account. Whether the material persists depends on the data layer, since raw-term stores keep it verbatim while a SQL store raises Protocol.UndefinedError and drops the entry unless the user resource derives Jason.Encoder.
This issue affects ash_authentication: from 4.12.0 before 4.15.0 and from 5.0.0-rc.0 before 5.0.0-rc.2.
CVE-2026-81637
Baixa · 2.3
CWE-613 17/09/2026
Replayable OAuth2 CSRF state retained after a failed callback in AshAuthentication
Insufficient Session Expiration vulnerability in team-alembic AshAuthentication allows an attacker who obtains a victim's OAuth2 state value to replay the callback and sign that victim into an attacker-controlled account.
AshAuthentication.Strategy.OAuth2.Plug.callback/2 clears the stored session_params through a rebinding step inside its with chain, conn <- delete_session(conn, session_key). Elixir evaluates the else block in the scope enclosing the with, so every failure path (the provider returning ?error=access_denied, an invalid code, a token-exchange error, or a registration or sign-in failure) reaches store_authentication_result/2 holding the original connection and the session entry is never removed. The value the module's own comment describes as protection against a CSRF-related attack is therefore consumed only when authentication succeeds, and survives a cancelled or failed attempt until the next request phase or session expiry.
This issue affects ash_authentication: from 0.6.0 before 4.15.0 and from 5.0.0-rc.0 before 5.0.0-rc.14.

Logout bypass via alternate JWT spelling
The NeuVector JWT verifier accepts noncanonical Base64URL encodings of the same RSA signature field. An attacker holding a valid JWT that has not expired, but was logged out of NeuVector, can continue using the non-expired token with equivalent spelling of the RSA signature field until the token validity expires.
