mac802154: llsec: reject frames shorter than the authentication tag
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
mac802154: llsec: reject frames shorter than the authentication tag
llsec_do_decrypt_auth() computes the associated-data length for the
AEAD request as
assoclen += datalen - authlen;
where datalen is the number of bytes after the MAC header and authlen
(4, 8 or 16) is the length of the authentication tag. Nothing verifies
that the frame actually carries at least authlen payload bytes. A
secured frame whose payload is shorter than the tag makes
datalen - authlen negative; assoclen is then passed to
aead_request_set_ad() as an unsigned value close to 4 GiB, so
crypto_aead_decrypt() walks far off the end of the scatterlist that
only spans the real frame.
The frame is fully attacker-controlled and reaches this path from any
IEEE 802.15.4 peer in radio range. Reject frames whose payload is
shorter than the authentication tag before the subtraction.
Dynamically reproduced on a KASAN kernel as a general-protection-fault
in the AEAD scatterwalk, and the fix confirmed.

drm/amdgpu/vce: fix integer overflow in image size
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/amdgpu/vce: fix integer overflow in image size
Fix a security vulnerability where malicious VCE command streams
with oversized dimensions (e.g. 65536×65536) cause 32-bit integer
overflow, wrapping the calculated buffer size to 0. This bypasses
validation and allows GPU firmware to perform out-of-bound memory
access.
The fix uses 64-bit arithmetic to detect overflow and rejects
invalid dimensions before they reach the hardware.
V2: remove redundant check
V3: modify max height value
V4: remove size64

Gimp: gimp: denial of service via signed integer overflow in fli file processing
A flaw was found in GIMP. A signed integer overflow vulnerability exists in the `file-fli` plugin when processing FLI image files. This occurs due to an incorrect calculation during memory allocation for image buffers, where the multiplication of image width and height can exceed the maximum integer value. A remote attacker could exploit this by tricking a user into opening a specially crafted FLI file, leading to the application crashing and resulting in a denial of service.

Heap Buffer Overflow in GNU Emacs for Android
GNU Emacs for Android is vulnerable to an integer overflow in sfnt_read_name_table() in src/sfnt.c. The function computes an allocation size using a 32-bit length value from a TrueType font file without overflow checking. On 32-bit targets, a crafted font causes the calculation to wrap, resulting in an undersized heap allocation. A subsequent read() call writes beyond the buffer, causing a heap buffer overflow. An attacker can deliver a malicious font file via email, EWW (Emacs Web Wowser), or documents with custom faces, causing Emacs to load it. This can lead to heap memory corruption and potential code execution.
This issue was fixed in commit d51a4722316efe0960994d371e1859099894d1ca

Integer Overflow in GNU Emacs for Android
GNU Emacs for Android is vulnerable to an integer overflow in the sfnt_read_cmap_format_12() function in src/sfnt.c. When processing a crafted TrueType font file, an unguarded addition in the xmalloc allocation call wraps around on 32-bit builds, causing a heap buffer overflow write. An attacker can deliver a malicious font file via email, EWW (Emacs Web Wowser), or documents with custom faces, causing Emacs to load it. This results in heap memory corruption that can lead to code execution.

Gstreamer: gstreamer1-plugins-ugly-free: gstreamer: integer overflow/underflow in asfdemux bounds checks leading to out-of-bounds read
Multiple integer overflow and underflow vulnerabilities were found in the GStreamer gst-plugins-ugly ASF demuxer (asfdemux) when parsing header objects from crafted ASF, WMV, or WMA files. Insufficient validation of attacker-controlled length and size values can bypass bounds checks and cause out-of-bounds heap reads. This can result in application crash, denial of service, or limited information disclosure when untrusted media is processed.

ClamAV PESpin File Format Processing Integer Overflow Vulnerability
A vulnerability in the PESpin file format parser of ClamAV could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a DoS condition or possibly other expanded impacts as a result of memory corruption on an affected device.
This vulnerability is due to improper boundary checks for content in PESpin files during scanning, which may result in an integer overflow. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by submitting a crafted file that contains PESpin content to be scanned by ClamAV on an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the ClamAV scanning process to terminate, resulting in a DoS condition on the affected software.

FFmpeg 0.5 < 9.0 DVB Subtitle Parser Heap Buffer Overflow via WTV File
FFmpeg versions from 0.5 up to, but not including, 9.0 contain a signed integer overflow vulnerability in the DVB subtitle parser in libavcodec/dvbsub_parser.c that allows attackers to trigger a heap buffer overflow by supplying a crafted WTV file. The overflow causes the bounds-check guard expression to wrap to INT_MIN, bypassing the PARSE_BUF_SIZE comparison and invoking memcpy() with attacker-controlled data into a heap buffer, resulting in an out-of-bounds heap write and potential memory corruption or code execution.

llama.cpp b4882–b9058 Buffer Overflow in KV Cache State Restore
llama.cpp builds b4882 through b9058 contain a heap buffer overflow vulnerability in the KV cache state restore path where the state_read_data() function computes write size without overflow checking, allowing attackers with write access to the slot_save_path directory to corrupt heap memory. Attackers can craft malicious state files where cell_count multiplication overflows or exceeds tensor buffer allocation to write attacker-controlled bytes past buffer boundaries, potentially resulting in heap metadata corruption, model weight corruption, or arbitrary code execution via function pointer overwrite.

smb/client: Fix error code in smb2_aead_req_alloc()
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
smb/client: Fix error code in smb2_aead_req_alloc()
The "*num_sgs" variable is a u32 so "ERR_PTR(*num_sgs)" doesn't work.
We would have to do something similar to the previous line where it's
cast to int and then long. However, it's simpler to store the return in
an int ret variable.
This bug would eventually result in a crash when dereference the invalid
error pointer.

dr_wav.h W64 CUE Chunk Metadata Parsing Integer Overflow Leading to Heap Buffer Overflow on 32-bit Builds
dr_libs dr_wav.h (all versions through current master) contains an integer overflow in W64 CUE chunk metadata parsing. In drwav__metadata_process_chunk, a stage-1 capacity estimate truncates the 64-bit W64 chunk sizeInBytes to size_t before dividing by DRWAV_CUE_POINT_BYTES; on 32-bit builds this truncation causes the pre-allocated extra metadata capacity to be computed incorrectly.

OpenSIPS: SIP Message Smuggling via TCP Content-Length Integer Overflow
OpenSIPS is a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) server implementation. In versions prior to 3.6.6 and 4.0.0-rc1, the TCP message framing layer parses the Content-Length header using unsigned int arithmetic with no overflow check. When an attacker sends a Content-Length value that overflows unsigned int (e.g., 4294967296), the framing layer computes a wrapped-around value (e.g., 0) and splits the TCP stream at the wrong boundary, causing the body of the first SIP message to be processed as a separate message and enabling SIP message smuggling. Because Content-Length is parsed in the transport layer before authentication, an unauthenticated, network-based attacker can smuggle arbitrary SIP messages over any TCP-based transport (proto_tcp, proto_tls, proto_ws, proto_wss) on any instance with TCP enabled, with no routing-script preconditions. This allows smuggled messages to bypass front-end SBC/proxy security policies, inherit the connection's authentication context, and evade rate limiting. This issue has been fixed in versions 3.6.6 and 4.0.0-rc1.
