In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.3, 10.2.7, 10.0.10, and 9.4.15, a user who does not hold the "admin" or "power" Splunk roles could access search query text and job metadata for jobs that belong to other users, including job identifiers, dispatch parameters, result counts, and execution metadata, through an Application Programming Interface (API) implemented as a Representational State Transfer (REST) API. The vulnerability is possible because the REST API does not fully enforce per-user authorization before it includes job information in search job listings.
CVE-2026-104632 High · 8.8 CWE-285 Oct 6, 2026
Gitea fork workflow approval bypass through cancel and rerun
Gitea Actions blocks the jobs of workflow runs from first-time fork pull request contributors until a maintainer approves the run. The rerun path only required a run to be finished and built the new attempt's jobs without considering the pending approval, so when a user with Actions write access cancelled a run that was awaiting approval and then re-ran it, the new jobs were created as waiting rather than blocked while the run still recorded that approval was required. Cancelling and re-running stale fork checks is a routine action that does not involve the approval control, so where Actions is enabled and a matching runner is registered, workflow code taken from the fork pull request head could run on the repository's runners without an explicit approval.

OpenAM before 16.1.3 Improper Authorization in Delegated Session-Destroy Realm Scoping
OpenAM before 16.1.3 contains an improper authorization vulnerability that allows delegated administrators to destroy sessions outside their realms because realm checks use the requester's realm. Authenticated accounts holding the iplanet-am-session-destroy-sessions attribute can supply a target session identifier or handle to forcibly log out users in any realm.
CVE-2026-105119 Medium · 6.8 CWE-285 Oct 3, 2026
OpenAM before 16.1.3 PKCE Enforcement Bypass via OAuth 2.0 Hybrid Flows
OpenAM before 16.1.3 applies its OAuth2 Provider PKCE enforcement only to authorization requests whose response_type is exactly code, so codes issued through OpenID Connect hybrid flows (code token, code id_token, code token id_token) carry no bound challenge. An attacker who intercepts such a code can redeem it for a public client's tokens with any non-empty code_verifier.
CVE-2026-71886 High · 8.2 CWE-285 Oct 3, 2026
OpenPGP certification accepted from a subkey without certification authority
In Bouncy Castle for Java before 1.86, the high-level OpenPGP certificate API accepted a third-party certification or trust delegation from any component key of the issuing certificate, without requiring that component to have been granted the authority to certify. OpenPGPCertificate.getCertificationBy() and getDelegationBy() resolve a third-party signature by matching its issuer key identifier against every key of the third-party certificate, then verify the issuing component's binding chain and the signature itself; nothing checked that the issuing component carried the RFC 9580 sec. 5.2.3.29 certification key flag (CERTIFY_OTHER) when the signature was created. A subkey bound only with SIGN_DATA - the online signing subkey of exactly the offline-primary arrangement those key flags exist to express - could therefore issue a positive User ID certification over an attacker-controlled identity, or a full-trust depth-one direct-key delegation of introducer trust, and the API returned it as a valid signature chain attributed to the third-party certificate. An application treating getCertificationBy(...).isValid() or getDelegationBy(...) as an identity or trusted-introducer decision would attribute the attacker's assertion to the offline primary key. The same held for a legacy RSA subkey bound only for encryption, whose algorithm is nonetheless able to sign. This does not forge the primary key's signature or recover any private key; it promotes an already-compromised restricted subkey to the primary key's identity-issuing authority, defeating the containment the key-flag separation provides. A third-party certification or delegation is now attributed to the issuing certificate only when the component key that made it is the primary key, or is a subkey holding CERTIFY_OTHER when the signature was created, so certification-capable subkeys continue to be accepted; primary keys are accepted whatever their key flags say, since a primary key is certification-capable by construction and certificates carrying no key flags subpacket at all are common. Third-party revocations are deliberately outside the rule, since declining to honour one would keep trust alive rather than withdraw it.
CVE-2026-104910 Medium · 5.3 CWE-285 Oct 2, 2026
MISP Information Disclosure via Related Events Listing Bypassing Per-Event Authorization
MISP contains an authorization bypass in the related events listing functionality. When a user requests the list of events correlated to a given event, the system retrieved related event metadata directly from the correlation table without re-validating the caller's access rights against each related event. The correlation table stores a snapshot of the event's distribution level and sharing group at the time the correlation was created, and does not carry the published flag. As a result, events that the caller is not permitted to open—because they are unpublished, or because their distribution or sharing group has changed since the correlation was recorded—were still returned with their metadata (title, date, correlating value counts). Preconditions: - An authenticated user with access to at least one event in MISP. - The existence of correlation entries linking that event to other events the user should not be able to view. Impact: - Unauthorized disclosure of event metadata (titles, dates, correlation counts) for events the user has no right to access. - Potential reconnaissance of threat-intelligence event names and timelines across sharing groups. Affected: MISP versions prior to the fix commit (2ffa97f05).
CVE-2026-104908 High · 7.1 CWE-285 Oct 2, 2026
MISP Decaying Model Import Mass Assignment Allows Cross-Organization Model Overwrite and Default Flagging
MISP contains an improper input validation vulnerability in the decaying model import functionality. The import endpoint was intended to create a new decaying model belonging exclusively to the importing user's organisation, with the default flag forced to off. However, the application stripped only the top-level id and uuid fields and pinned org_id and default on the outer array before saving the data flat. A user with decaying-model permissions could supply a nested model key carrying its own primary key, organisation identifier, and default flag, which bypassed those guards during the save operation. Impact: - A user with perm_decaying could overwrite an existing decaying model belonging to another organisation in place, altering its name, formula, parameters, or ownership. - A user could create or modify a model flagged as the organisation default, affecting scoring behaviour for other users. - A user could reassign a model's organisation to an arbitrary value. Preconditions: - Authenticated user with decaying-model permission (perm_decaying). - Network access to the MISP instance. Affected: <2.5.48.

CVE-2026-103858 Medium · 5.3 CWE-285 Oct 1, 2026
MISP Incomplete Thread Authorization Allows Unauthorized Read and Post Access to Discussions
MISP contains an incomplete authorization check in the discussion posting functionality. When a user submits a post to a thread or replies to an existing post, the application only verified whether the target thread was restricted to a single organization (org-only distribution). It did not enforce the full thread access control list, including sharing-group membership and event-level visibility. As a result, an authenticated user who is outside the relevant sharing group or who does not have visibility on the associated event could: - Read the thread title and the content of the quoted post - Submit a new post into the discussion thread This constitutes both an information disclosure (reading restricted thread and post content) and an integrity issue (injecting content into a thread the user is not authorized to participate in). Affected: <2.5.48
CVE-2026-103659 High · 7.1 CWE-285 Oct 1, 2026
MISP: Object Distribution ACL Bypass via Event Flattening Exposes Organisation-Only Attributes
MISP contains an authorization bypass in the event flattening feature. When a user requests an event with the flatten option enabled, the application removes the Object containment from the query and returns object attributes as top-level event attributes. In doing so, the object-level distribution and sharing-group access control check was not re-applied to those attributes. As a result, a user who can view a community-distributed event could retrieve attributes belonging to organisation-only objects (distribution level 0) or objects restricted to a specific sharing group, even though the user's organisation does not have access to those objects. This constitutes an unauthorized disclosure of sensitive threat intelligence data. A secondary issue was introduced by the initial remediation: the fix reused the full Object contain conditions (including soft-delete state) as the gate for flattened attributes, causing an event owner requesting deleted attributes to lose all attributes whose parent object was still live. The final fix isolates the distribution ACL condition as the sole gate. Preconditions: - An authenticated user with access to a community-distributed event - The event contains at least one object with a distribution level or sharing group that restricts access beyond the event's own distribution Impact: - Unauthorized disclosure of attributes belonging to restricted objects - Potential exposure of organisation-specific threat intelligence to other organisations Affected versions: <2.5.48

Apache DolphinScheduler: Improper Authorization in Sub-Workflow Tasks Allows Unauthorized Workflow Execution
An improper authorization vulnerability exists in the handling of sub-workflow tasks. An authenticated user who does not have permission to access a target project can reference and invoke a workflow belonging to that project through a sub-workflow task. The system does not properly verify whether the user has permission to execute the referenced workflow or access its project. As a result, the user can bypass project-level authorization controls and cause workflows in unauthorized projects to be executed. Successful exploitation may allow unauthorized execution of workflow tasks and access to the resources or data available to the target workflow. This issue affects Apache DolphinScheduler: before 3.4.3. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.4.3, which fixes the issue.
