Textream is a free macOS teleprompter app. Prior to version 1.5.1, the `DirectorServer` WebSocket server imposes no limit on concurrent connections. Combined with a broadcast timer that sends state to all connected clients every 100 ms, an attacker can exhaust CPU and memory by flooding the server with connections, causing the Textream application to freeze and crash during a live session. Version 1.5.1 fixes the issue.

This vulnerability is associated with program files src/hex_api.erl, src/mix_hex_api.erl, apps/rebar/src/vendored/r3_hex_api.erl and program routines hex_core:request/4, mix_hex_api:request/4, r3_hex_api:request/4. This issue affects hex_core: from 0.1.0 before 0.12.1; hex: from 2.3.0 before 2.3.2; rebar3: from 3.9.1 before 3.27.0.

Uncontrolled Resource Consumption (CWE-400) in the Timelion component in Kibana can lead Denial of Service via Input Data Manipulation (CAPEC-153)

pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.7.3, an attacker who uses this vulnerability can craft a PDF which leads to the RAM being exhausted. This requires accessing the `xfa` property of a reader or writer and the corresponding stream being compressed using `/FlateDecode`. This has been fixed in pypdf 6.7.3. As a workaround, apply the patch manually.

TOTOLINK X5000R V9.1.0cu.2415_B20250515 contains a denial-of-service vulnerability in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi. The CGI reads the CONTENT_LENGTH environment variable and allocates memory using malloc (CONTENT_LENGTH + 1) without sufficient bounds checking. When lighttpd s request size limit is not enforced, a crafted large POST request can cause memory exhaustion or a segmentation fault, leading to a crash of the management CGI and loss of availability of the web interface.

ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to versions 7.1.2-15 and 6.9.13-40, when a PCD file does not contain a valid Sync marker, the DecodeImage() function becomes trapped in an infinite loop while searching for the Sync marker, causing the program to become unresponsive and continuously consume CPU resources, ultimately leading to system resource exhaustion and denial of service. Versions 7.1.2-15 and 6.9.13-40 contain a patch.

jsPDF is a library to generate PDFs in JavaScript. Prior to 4.2.0, user control of the first argument of the `addImage` method results in denial of service. If given the possibility to pass unsanitized image data or URLs to the `addImage` method, a user can provide a harmful GIF file that results in out of memory errors and denial of service. Harmful GIF files have large width and/or height entries in their headers, which lead to excessive memory allocation. Other affected methods are: `html`. The vulnerability has been fixed in jsPDF 4.2.0. As a workaround, sanitize image data or URLs before passing it to the addImage method or one of the other affected methods.

Bematech (formerly Logic Controls, now Elgin) MP-4200 TH printer contains a denial of service vulnerability in the admin configuration page. Remote attackers can send crafted POST requests with malformed 'admin' and 'person' parameters to crash the printer's web service, causing a denial of service condition.

Traefik is an HTTP reverse proxy and load balancer. Prior to 3.6.8, there is a potential vulnerability in Traefik managing STARTTLS requests. An unauthenticated client can bypass Traefik entrypoint respondingTimeouts.readTimeout by sending the 8-byte Postgres SSLRequest (STARTTLS) prelude and then stalling, causing connections to remain open indefinitely, leading to a denial of service. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.6.8.

webtransport-go is an implementation of the WebTransport protocol. Prior to v0.10.0, an attacker can cause a denial of service in webtransport-go by preventing or indefinitely delaying WebTransport session closure. A malicious peer can withhold QUIC flow control credit on the CONNECT stream, blocking transmission of the WT_CLOSE_SESSION capsule and causing the close operation to hang. This vulnerability is fixed in v0.10.0.

An issue in halo v.2.22.4 and before allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service via a crafted payload to the public comment submission endpoint

The issue was addressed with improved memory handling. This issue is fixed in Safari 26.3, iOS 18.7.5 and iPadOS 18.7.5, iOS 26.3 and iPadOS 26.3, macOS Tahoe 26.3, visionOS 26.3. A remote attacker may be able to cause a denial-of-service.

A denial-of-service issue was addressed with improved validation. This issue is fixed in iOS 26.3 and iPadOS 26.3, macOS Tahoe 26.3, tvOS 26.3, visionOS 26.3, watchOS 26.3. An attacker in a privileged network position may be able to perform denial-of-service attack using crafted Bluetooth packets.
