CVE-2026-93352 Critical · 9.8 CWE-434 Sep 23, 2026
Laravel-Mediable 7.0.0 < 7.0.2 RCE via .pht File Upload
Laravel-Mediable 7.0.0 before 7.0.2 contains an incomplete patch for CVE-2026-49972 in which the .pht extension is absent from the forbidden_extensions blocklist in config/mediable.php. The blocklist introduced to address CVE-2026-49972 includes phpt but omits pht, which Apache executes as PHP via the default FilesMatch directive on Debian and Ubuntu systems. An attacker can upload a .pht file that passes all validation in MediaUploader::verifyExtension() and File::sanitizeFileName() because pht is not present in the blocklist, causing the file to be written to disk and executed as PHP when requested, enabling remote code execution with the privileges of the web server process.
CVE-2026-5695 High · 8.4 CWE-434 Sep 23, 2026
Multiple vulnerabilities in the Microweber administration panel
Arbitrary file upload vulnerability due to a lack of proper validation in upload forms. This allows authenticated users to upload files to the server without restrictions. An attacker could exploit this flaw to execute malicious code remotely (demonstrated by uploading the EICAR test file), which could result in the system being completely compromised.
CVE-2026-88419 High · 8.8 CWE-434 Sep 22, 2026
An unrestricted upload of files with a dangerous type in the thumbnail-upload endpoint…
An unrestricted upload of files with a dangerous type in the thumbnail-upload endpoint (/index.php?m=member&f=article&v=thumbUpload) of WuzhiCMS 5.0.0 allows an authenticated low-privileged member to upload a crafted .php file and execute arbitrary PHP code on the server, because the stored file extension is taken verbatim from the client-supplied filename with no extension allowlist or content validation and the file is written to the web-accessible uploadfile/ directory, from which the web server executes PHP.
CVE-2026-88738 High · 8.8 CWE-434 Sep 21, 2026

WooCommerce Online Product Designer 1.7.0 - < 2.15.0 - Unauthenticated Arbitrary File Upload
The Web to Print Online Designer WordPress plugin before 2.15.0 does not validate the type or extension of uploaded files, and hands the token protecting those uploads to any visitor who asks for it, allowing unauthenticated attackers to upload arbitrary files, including PHP ones, and run code on the server.
CVE-2026-88857 Critical · 9.4 CWE-434 Sep 20, 2026
Joomla Extension - OrdaSoft.com - Authenticated, Privileged Remote Code Execution in OrdaSoft Joomla Gallery extension for Joomla < 6.2.7
Joomla Extension - OrdaSoft.com - Authenticated, Privileged Remote Code Execution in OrdaSoft Joomla Gallery extension for Joomla < 6.2.7 - The extensions saveWatermark() copied an uploaded file into a web-accessible directory using the client-supplied filename exactly as sent, with no extension check, no content check, and no filename sanitisation of any kind. An authenticated core.manage user could upload a .php file disguised with an image Content-Type header and execute it directly by requesting the resulting path.
CVE-2026-94104 High · 8.8 CWE-434 Sep 20, 2026
NivoCart through 2.4.0 Arbitrary File Upload RCE via filemanager
NivoCart through 2.4.0 contains an arbitrary file upload vulnerability in the File Manager multi() endpoint that fails to validate file extensions for new filenames or when chunks parameter is 2 or higher. Attackers with view-only back-office access can upload PHP files to the web-accessible image/data/ directory and execute them for remote code execution.
CVE-2026-81650 High · 7.2 CWE-434 Sep 20, 2026
NextGEN Gallery < 4.5.0 - Authenticated Arbitrary File Upload via ZIP Import
The Photo Gallery, Sliders, Proofing and WordPress plugin before 4.5.0 does not correctly validate the extensions of files extracted from an uploaded archive, due to a variable being reused as a loop counter so that the check always passes, allowing users granted its gallery-management capability by an administrator to write arbitrary files into a web-accessible directory and, on hosts that execute them, run arbitrary code.
CVE-2026-84750 Medium · 6.5 CWE-434 Sep 19, 2026
Ultimate Addons for Contact Form 7 3.2.4 - 3.5.50 - Unauthenticated Arbitrary File Upload via Signature Field
The Ultra Addons for Contact Form 7 WordPress plugin before 3.5.51 does not validate the type or extension of files uploaded through one of its form fields, and stores them at a predictable public path with the attacker-chosen extension intact, allowing unauthenticated users to upload arbitrary files. The PHP handler shipped by default with the Debian and Ubuntu Apache packages maps .phar to PHP alongside .php and .phtml, so on that stack the uploaded file is executed and the issue leads to Remote Code Execution and full site takeover. Where the host routes only .php to the PHP handler, the same file is instead served from the site's own origin with its script intact, leading to Stored Cross-Site Scripting.
CVE-2026-84434 Critical · 9.8 CWE-434 Sep 19, 2026
Gravity Forms <= 3.1.0.4 - Unauthenticated Arbitrary File Upload via Hidden File Upload Field
The Gravity Forms plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 3.1.0.4 via the upload_file function. This is due to a mismatch between the field validation pipeline and the file persistence pipeline, where hidden file upload fields bypass extension validation and a rejected file's intact upload state is later passed to upload_file() without re-validation. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. Exploitation requires the targeted form to contain a File Upload field with its Visibility set to 'Hidden'; the vulnerability is reachable by unauthenticated attackers on any publicly accessible form meeting this condition.
CVE-2026-93031 High · 8.8 CWE-434 Sep 18, 2026
WP Cloud Plugins Use-your-Drive, Out-of-the-Box, Share-one-Drive, and Lets-Box <= 3.8.3 - Authenticated (Subscriber+) Arbitrary File Upload via Media Import
The WP Cloud Plugins Use-your-Drive, Out-of-the-Box, Share-one-Drive, and Lets-Box plugins for WordPress are vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions from 2.0 up to, and including, 3.8.3 via the download_file_to_uploads function. This is due to the import action being registered for unauthenticated users via wp_ajax_nopriv_, a missing capability check in can_import(), and the imported file's extension and contents not being validated against get_allowed_mime_types() before it is written to the uploads directory. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible.
CVE-2026-77929 High · 8.8 CWE-434 Sep 18, 2026
ClipBucket < 5.5.3-#182 Remote Code Execution via Photo Upload Endpoint
ClipBucket v5 before 5.5.3-#182 contains a file upload vulnerability that allows authenticated users to achieve remote code execution by uploading a PHP file with valid image magic bytes through the photo upload endpoint. The FileUpload::manageFile() function in fileupload.class.php fails to update the file extension after MIME validation, allowing an attacker-controlled .php extension to persist on disk and execute as PHP via PHP-FPM when the uploaded file is retrieved.
CVE-2026-56590 Critical · 9.8 CWE-434 Sep 18, 2026
HCL BigFix Service Management is affected by multiple security vulnerabilities.

HortusFox-Web < 6.1 Remote Code Execution via Import/Export
HortusFox-Web prior to version 6.1 contains a remote code execution vulnerability that allows authenticated administrators to execute arbitrary OS commands as the web server user by abusing the Import/Export functionality. Attackers can leverage the Import/Export feature, which is intended solely for data portability, to deploy and execute malicious code on the underlying application server host.
CVE-2026-87935 High · 8.1 CWE-434 Sep 17, 2026
Paid Downloads <= 3.15 - Unauthenticated Arbitrary File Upload via 'paiddownloads_update_file' Action
The Paid Downloads plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 3.15 via the admin_request_handler function. This is due to missing authorization and file type validation in the admin_request_handler function, which is reachable unauthenticated via is_admin() returning true for /wp-admin/admin-post.php. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. On Apache servers where AllowOverride is enabled, an .htaccess file placed in the upload directory may block direct HTTP retrieval of uploaded files, limiting exploitability to stacks that do not honor .htaccess directives such as nginx, LiteSpeed, and Apache with AllowOverride None.
CVE-2026-87796 Critical · 9.8 CWE-434 Sep 17, 2026
Multi Uploader for Gravity Forms <= 1.1.9 - Unauthenticated Arbitrary File Upload via Chunked File Upload
The Multi Uploader for Gravity Forms plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.9 via the move_file function. This is due to insufficient file type validation during chunked upload handling. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible.
CVE-2026-76552 High · 8.8 CWE-434 Sep 16, 2026
WP Import Export Lite < 3.9.33 - Authenticated Arbitrary File Upload via Remote Image Import
The WP Import Export Lite WordPress plugin before 3.9.33 does not validate the type, extension or content of files it retrieves from a user-supplied URL during import, allowing users granted its import permission to store arbitrary files, including executable ones, on the server and achieve remote code execution.
CVE-2026-78088 High · 8.8 CWE-434 Sep 16, 2026
Contest Gallery <= 32.0.1 - Unauthenticated Arbitrary File Upload via 'baseUrlForFacebook' Parameter
The Contest Gallery – Upload & Vote Photos, Media, Sell with PayPal & Stripe plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Unauthenticated Arbitrary File Overwrite in all versions up to, and including, 32.0.1 due to insufficient file path validation in the 'baseUrlForFacebook' parameter. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to overwrite known files which may lead to remote code execution when certain preconditions are met.
CVE-2026-81240 Critical · 9.8 CWE-434 Sep 15, 2026

CVE-2026-57581 Medium · 5.3 CWE-434 Sep 14, 2026
DotVVM: Unrestricted file upload
DotVVM is an open source MVVM framework for web applications. Prior to 4.2.11, 4.3.15, and 5.0.0-preview09-final, applications with configured file upload storage allow unauthenticated users to submit files directly to DotvvmFileUploadMiddleware without an X-DotVVM-UploadToken generated by the FileUpload component. An attacker can repeatedly upload files and fill application storage, causing denial of service. DotvvmConfiguration.Security.AuthorizeFileUpload can additionally restrict which users may upload files. This issue is fixed in versions 4.2.11, 4.3.15, and 5.0.0-preview09-final.
CVE-2026-54177 Medium · 6.6 CWE-434 Sep 14, 2026
backpack/crud: HasUploadFields keeps the attacker-supplied file extension — public-disk uploads of `shell.php` reach the webserver
backpack/crud provides Create, Read, Update & Delete (CRUD) functions for Backpack, a collection of Laravel packages that help users build custom administration panels. From 6.0.0 until 6.8.14 and 7.0.38, HasUploadFields methods uploadFileToDisk and uploadMultipleFilesToDisk, used through CrudTrait, and the withFiles() path through FileNameGenerator do not internally reject server-executable file types. An authenticated administrator can achieve remote code execution by using an upload-enabled CRUD field without mimes: and mimetypes: validation when the public disk is web-accessible through php artisan storage:link and the web-server and PHP-FPM configuration executes the stored extension. The legacy path preserves an accepted extension and the newer path derives an extension without blocking dangerous types. The package-level restriction is defense in depth and does not replace application-level upload validation. This issue is fixed in versions 6.8.14 and 7.0.38.
CVE-2026-82793 High · 7.2 CWE-434 Sep 14, 2026
