CVE-2025-71324
High · 7.5
Public exploit CWE-73 Jun 25, 2026
Flowise - Arbitrary File Read via chatId Parameter
Flowise before 3.0.6 contains an arbitrary file read vulnerability in the chatId parameter of the /api/v1/get-upload-file and /api/v1/openai-assistants-file/download endpoints. The chatId value is not validated and is passed to streamStorageFile(), where a fallback file-lookup path constructed without the orgId is evaluated after the storage-directory containment check, allowing path traversal beyond the intended storage directory. Unauthenticated attackers can read sensitive files such as /root/.flowise/database.sqlite, exposing all database content in the default configuration.

Authenticated Arbitrary File Write via Database Import and Xray Log Path Manipulation
3X-UI is a web control panel for managing Xray-core servers. Prior to 3.3.1, an authenticated administrator can abuse the database import functionality to achieve arbitrary file write on the host by modifying Xray configuration values stored in the database. This can be leveraged to obtain code execution and persistent access as the user running Xray (including root when Xray is running as root). This vulnerability is fixed in 3.3.1.

Langflow: Unauthenticated Shareable Playground arbitrary local or S3 file read
Langflow is a tool for building and deploying AI-powered agents and workflows. Prior to 1.10.0, the "Shareable Playground" (or "Public Flows" in code) contains a potential arbitrary file-read vulnerability, depending on the exact flow configuration used. By making a flow public, public execution of the flow is allowed. The execution request can contain a list of files that gets read by Langflow and fed into the LLM. The files path can be any path supported by the storage - it can be either a local file or S3 path if supported by the local configuration This vulnerability is fixed in 1.10.0.

Medium · 5.5
CWE-73 Jun 22, 2026
NTLMv2 hash disclosure via UNC path handling on Windows
launch-editor allows users to open files with line numbers in editor from Node.js. Prior to 2.14.1, the launch-editor NPM package accesses arbitrary paths including Windows UNC paths. When a UNC path is opened, Windows automatically attempts NTLM authentication to the remote host, causing the user’s NTLMv2 password hash to be leaked to an attacker-controlled SMB server. This can result in credential compromise through offline hash cracking. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.14.1.

Low · 3.0
CWE-73 Jun 19, 2026
PhpWeasyPrint vulnerable to arbitrary file deletion at shutdown via public $temporaryFiles
PhpWeasyPrint is a PHP library allowing PDF generation from a URL or an HTML page. Prior to version 2.6.0, `AbstractGenerator::$temporaryFiles` is a public array, and `removeTemporaryFiles()` — invoked from `__destruct()` and from a registered shutdown function — calls `unlink()` on every entry without verifying that the path is contained within the temporary folder. Any code holding a reference to a generator instance can push an arbitrary path into the array and have it deleted on script shutdown. This mirrors the KnpLabs/snappy issue GHSA-87qc-37cw-84h4. PhpWeasyPrint version 2.6.0 contains a patch for the issue.

Royal Addons for Elementor – Addons and Templates Kit for Elementor 1.7.1058 - 1.7.1059 - Authenticated (Contributor+) Arbitrary File Read via Data Table Widget CSV File Source
The Royal Addons for Elementor – Addons and Templates Kit for Elementor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Read in versions 1.7.1058 through 1.7.1059. This is due to the wpr_get_csv_handle() helper (introduced in version 1.7.1058 as part of the patch for CVE-2026-6229) falling back to is_readable() and fopen($source, 'r') on the attacker-controlled settings.table_upload_csv.url value when it does not parse as an HTTP URL, with no allow-list, traversal block, or extension check. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to save a crafted wpr-data-table widget through Elementor's save_builder endpoint and have the rendered preview return the line-by-line contents of any file readable by the PHP process, including wp-config.php.
CVE-2025-52465
High · 7.2
CWE-73 Jun 18, 2026
GeoServer has an arbitrary file write vulnerability in its Master Password Dump Page
GeoServer is an open source server that allows users to share and edit geospatial data. Prior to versions 2.26.4 and 2.27.3, a vulnerability exists that allows an authenticated administrator with access to GeoServer's security system to pass arbitrary file names to the Master Password Dump web page and create files containing the master password in plaintext. The provided file name must be an absolute path to the target file, the target file can not already exist and all parent directories must already exist. Versions 2.26.4 and 2.27.3 contain a fix. GeoServer installations where the web interface is either disabled or completely removed are not affected since the vulnerability exists in one of the web pages.

Evolution-data-server: evolution data server: arbitrary file deletion via inconsistent uri handling
A flaw was found in evolution-data-server. Inconsistent comparison logic in the addressbook file backend allows a Flatpak application with D-Bus access to craft a malicious URI containing directory traversal sequences. This URI is stored without proper validation during contact creation or modification. Later, during contact deletion, the URI is processed with a less strict check, leading to the deletion of arbitrary files on the host filesystem. This could potentially include critical Flatpak override files.

High · 7.4
CWE-73 Jun 16, 2026
ServerCo getssl ACME shell script path injection
In ServerCo getssl version 2.49 and prior, the ACME challenge token returned to the client was not strictly validated against RFC 8555 before being used in challenge-file handling, allowing a maliciously crafted token to influence local path/filename usage during validation. An attacker who can supply ACME challenge responses to getssl (for example, a malicious or compromised CA endpoint, or an on-path adversary able to tamper with that response path) could exploit this to achieve unauthorized file write/path traversal effects, usually with elevated privileges, ultimately allowing for remote command injection. This issue appears related in spirit to CVE-2023-38198, and is an instance of CWE-73, "External control of file name or path." Other ACME shell script handlers may be affected by similar issues.

CWE-73 Jun 15, 2026
Improper branch-code validation in Wertheim SafeController Software allows file path manipulation
The Wertheim SafeController Software, AssemblyVersion 6.15.8328.28014, does not sufficiently validate the branch code when a new branch is created. The branch code is later used in multiple application functions, including filesystem path generation for uploaded files, profile pictures, and settings. An authenticated attacker with the settings_branches_manage privilege can include path traversal sequences in the branch code and influence the final filesystem location used by affected file operations. This can allow files to be stored in unintended locations, subject to service-account write permissions and branch-code length restrictions.

CWE-73 Jun 14, 2026
Config::IniFiles versions before 3.001000 for Perl allow OS command injection and file overwrite via a 2-arg open() of the -file argument in _make_filehandle
Config::IniFiles versions before 3.001000 for Perl allow OS command injection and file overwrite via a 2-arg open() of the -file argument in _make_filehandle.
Config::IniFiles::_make_filehandle opens a filename argument with Perl's 2-arg open(), so a filename that begins or ends with a pipe ("| cmd", "cmd |") or begins with a redirect ("> path", ">> path") is run as a command or redirect rather than opened as a file. The helper is the open path behind the documented -file argument: new(-file => $thing) reaches it through ReadConfig. An in-memory scalar reference (-file => \$text) does not open a path and is unaffected.
Any caller that forwards untrusted input to the -file argument can run an arbitrary command or truncate a file under the process UID.
CVE-2026-11526
Critical · 9.8
CWE-73 Jun 14, 2026
GD versions before 2.86 for Perl allow OS command injection and file overwrite via a 2-arg open() of filename arguments in _make_filehandle
GD versions before 2.86 for Perl allow OS command injection and file overwrite via a 2-arg open() of filename arguments in _make_filehandle.
GD::Image::_make_filehandle opens a filename argument with Perl's 2-arg open(), so a filename that begins or ends with a pipe ("| cmd", "cmd |") or begins with a redirect ("> path", ">> path") is run as a command or redirect rather than opened as a file. _make_filehandle is the single open path behind every filename-accepting constructor (new, newFromPng, newFromJpeg, and the rest); the in-memory *Data variants do not open a path and are unaffected.
Any caller that forwards untrusted input to one of these constructors as a pathname can run an arbitrary command or truncate a file under the process UID.

Low · 3.8
CWE-73 Jun 5, 2026
Migration, Backup, Staging – WPvivid Backup & Migration <= 0.9.128 - Authenticated (Admin+) Arbitrary Directory Deletion
The Migration, Backup, Staging – WPvivid Backup & Migration plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary directory deletion due to insufficient file path validation in the delete_cancel_staging_site() function in all versions up to, and including, 0.9.128. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Administrator-level access and above, to delete arbitrary folders on the server, which leads to a loss of data.

CWE-73 Jun 3, 2026
Cisco Finesse File Inclusion Vulnerability
A vulnerability in Cisco Finesse could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to load arbitrary files from remote locations into an active user session on an affected device, possibly leading to browser-based attacks.
This vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input for HTTP requests that are sent to an affected device. An attacker who has knowledge of the address of the affected device could exploit this vulnerability by persuading a user to click a crafted link that contains the affected device address. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to conduct browser-based attacks and execute arbitrary script code in the context of the affected interface or access sensitive information on the affected device.

CVE-2026-45089
High · 8.2
CWE-73 May 27, 2026
Dalfox: Unauthenticated Arbitrary File Create/Append via `output` Option in Dalfox Server Mode
Dalfox is a powerful open-source XSS scanner and utility focused on automation. Prior to 2.13.0, when dalfox is run in REST API server mode, the output, output-all, and debug fields in model.Options are JSON-tagged and deserialized directly from the attacker's request body, then propagated unchanged through dalfox.Initialize into the scan engine's logging path. The logger opens the attacker-supplied path with os.O_APPEND|os.O_CREATE|os.O_WRONLY and writes scan log lines to it. Critically, this file write block lives outside the IsLibrary guard in DalLog, so it executes even in server/library mode where file output was never intended to operate. Because no API key is required in the default configuration, an unauthenticated network caller can create or append to any file writable by the dalfox process on the host filesystem. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.13.0.
