CVE-2026-82717
Critical · 9.8
CWE-122 Sep 16, 2026
CNAME synthesis could lead to heap corruption
In NLnet Labs Unbound up to and including 1.26.0, a vulnerability was found in that can progressively corrupt heap memory and under certain systems and compilation options could lead to remote code execution. The vulnerability starts when CNAME synthesis during an upstream response needs to enforce(rewrite) a max TTL value in the packet buffer. Coupled with a compression pointer that points to the overwritten value and invalidates the domain name, it leads to an error path that does not properly move the buffer position and allows for the heap buffer overflow. Since this is heavily reliant on heap memory layout, results are memory corruption that eventually leads to a crash and under specific systems and compilation options remote code execution.

Critical · 9.8
CWE-613 Sep 16, 2026
Apache Airflow FAB provider: FAB password reset never invalidates sessions: string/int _user_id comparison is always false
Apache Airflow FAB provider: resetting a user's password does not delete that user's existing database-backed sessions, despite documented behaviour that it does. The cleanup compares the string identifier Flask-Login stores in the session against the user's integer database identifier, so the comparison never matches and no session is removed. An attacker who already holds a copy of the victim's session cookie keeps access as that user after the password change, so the reset does not evict them.
Affects deployments using the FAB auth manager with `[fab] session_backend=database`. The trigger is an administrator (or the user) running the supported password-reset command as a containment action after a session cookie has been compromised; the secure-cookie backend is out of scope, as it documents that it cannot centrally delete sessions.
apache-airflow-providers-fab 3.9.0 also fixes CVE-2026-86462, a second, independent route to the same outcome via the Admin user-edit endpoint; a single upgrade closes both.
Users of apache-airflow-providers-fab are recommended to upgrade to version 3.9.0 or later, which compares the identifiers consistently.

Public exploit CWE-122 Sep 16, 2026
Heap buffer overflow and possible Remote Code Execution when digesting DNSKEY
In NLnet Labs Unbound up to and including 1.26.0, a vulnerability was found in the DNSSEC validator that enables denial of service and possible remote code execution as a result of digesting DNSKEYs. A DNSKEY with an owner compression pointer to its own RDATA can overflow the digest buffer. Remote code execution is possible through attacker controlled data. An adversary can exploit the vulnerability by controlling a malicious zone and querying a vulnerable Unbound.

CWE-862 Sep 16, 2026
TrueBooker <= 1.2.3 - Missing Authorization to Unauthenticated Arbitrary User Email Modification via 'admin_addcustomer' AJAX Action
The TrueBooker – Appointment Booking and Scheduler System plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.3. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to modify the email address of arbitrary user accounts, including administrators, which can be leveraged to reset the account's password and gain access to it.
CVE-2026-12793
Critical · 9.8
Public exploit CWE-269 Sep 16, 2026
JetFormBuilder <= 3.6.2 - Unauthenticated Privilege Escalation via '_jet_engine_booking_form_id' Parameter
The JetFormBuilder — Dynamic Blocks Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 3.6.2. This is due to the plugin not validating that a submitted form ID belongs to a JetFormBuilder form before parsing the referenced post's content as form schema and executing an Advanced Validation server-side callback. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to create a new administrator-level user account.

CVE-2026-73437
Critical · 9.6
CWE-345 Sep 15, 2026
On affected platforms running Arista EOS with Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) relay configured, an unauthenticated attacker with network access could send a crafted DHCP reply packet from an IP address that is not configured as a helper/destina
On affected platforms running Arista EOS with Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) relay configured, an unauthenticated attacker with network access could send a crafted DHCP reply packet from an IP address that is not configured as a helper address, and the relay agent would forward it to clients without validating the source. This could allow the attacker to supply clients with malicious network configuration parameters, potentially resulting in traffic interception or denial of service for affected clients.
CVE-2026-61560
Critical · 9.8
Public exploit CWE-22 Sep 15, 2026
@zereight/mcp-gitlab's unauthenticated arbitrary file read via `upload_markdown` enables PAT exfiltration and full account takeover
`@zereight/mcp-gitlab` is a Model Context Protocol server for GitLab. Prior to version 2.1.27, the SSE transport mode (`SSE=true`) exposes all MCP tools without any authentication. The `upload_markdown` tool reads arbitrary files from the server's local filesystem via an unsanitized `file_path` parameter and uploads them to a GitLab project. Combined, any unauthenticated network-reachable attacker can read `/proc/self/environ` to steal the server's `GITLAB_PERSONAL_ACCESS_TOKEN` and achieve full GitLab account takeover. This is the default configuration for Docker deployments. Version 2.1.27 contains a patch.
