CVE-2026-90769 High · 7.7 CWE-918 Sep 13, 2026
Open Notebook before 1.11.0 Server-Side Request Forgery via link-source
Open Notebook before 1.11.0 fails to validate the URL parameter in POST /api/sources endpoint, allowing authenticated users to perform server-side requests to internal services. Attackers can supply arbitrary URLs to read cloud metadata, internal network services, and localhost-bound services through the application server's direct HTTP requests.

CVE-2026-33588 High · 8.1 CWE-20 May 7, 2026
Arbitrary File Write Through Path Traversal

CVE-2026-33587 Critical · 10.0 CWE-20 May 7, 2026
Remote Code Execution (RCE) via Server-Side Template Injection (SSTI)
Lack of user input sanitisation in Open Notebook v1.8.3 allows the application user to execute Python code (and subsequently OS commands) on the docker container via Server-Side Template Injection (SSTI) for user-created transformations.
CVE-2026-28201 High · 7.8 CWE-20 May 7, 2026
SurrealDB Injection on Open Notebook
An improper input validation, together with an overly permissive default CORS configuration in Open Notebook v1.8.1 allows remote attacker to trick a legitimate user to alter or delete arbitrary database entries via specially crafted malicious URL. Depending on the deployment, data exfiltration is also possible.
