CVE-2026-100148 Medium · 6.4 CWE-79 Oct 3, 2026
Rich Showcase for Google Reviews <= 7.1.3 - Authenticated (Subscriber+) Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Google Review Text (imported via Places API)
The Rich Showcase for Google Reviews plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'reviews[].text' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 7.1.3 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The payload is delivered entirely through a Google review posted for the connected business and requires no WordPress account; the plugin's default daily cron auto-imports the malicious review text, and execution triggers for every visitor on DOMContentLoaded without any further user interaction.
CVE-2026-15739 Medium · 6.4 CWE-79 Jul 24, 2026
Rich Showcase for Google Reviews <= 6.9.9 - Authenticated (Contributor+) Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'pagination' Shortcode Attribute
The Rich Showcase for Google Reviews plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'pagination' Shortcode Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 6.9.9 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
CVE-2026-12154 Medium · 6.4 CWE-79 Jul 6, 2026
Reviews Widgets for Google, Yelp & TripAdvisor <= 2.7.3 - Authenticated (Contributor+) Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'page_id' Shortcode Attribute
The Reviews Widgets for Google, Yelp & TripAdvisor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'page_id' shortcode attribute of the [fbrev] shortcode in versions up to and including 2.7.3. This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the Feed_Shortcode::fbrev() method, which passes the raw shortcode attribute through Feed_Old::get_feed() into the View::render() method, where it is echoed directly into the data-id HTML attribute without esc_attr(). This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
CVE-2025-12705 High · 7.2 CWE-79 Dec 9, 2025
Social Reviews & Recommendations <= 2.5 - Unauthenticated Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Social Media Reviews
The Social Reviews & Recommendations plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via several parameters in the 'trim_text' function in all versions up to, and including, 2.5 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The vulnerability was partially patched in version 2.5.
CVE-2025-12499 High · 7.2 CWE-79 Dec 6, 2025
Rich Shortcodes for Google Reviews <= 6.8 - Unauthenticated Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Google Review
The Rich Shortcodes for Google Reviews plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the contents of a Google Review in all versions up to, and including, 6.8 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. NOTE: This vulnerability was partially patched in version 6.6.2.
CVE-2025-9621 Medium · 4.3 CWE-352 Oct 11, 2025
WidgetPack Comment System <= 1.6.1 - Cross-Site Request Forgery
The WidgetPack Comment System plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 1.6.1. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the wpcmt_sync action in the wpcmt_request_handler function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to trigger comment synchronization events via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
