CWE-918 19/08/2026
Cisco Packaged Contact Center Enterprise & Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Server-Side Request Forgery Vulnerability
A vulnerability in Cisco Packaged Contact Center Enterprise (Packaged CCE) and Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (Unified CCE) could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to conduct server-side request forgery (SSRF) attacks through an affected device.
This vulnerability is due to improper input validation for specific HTTP requests. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted HTTP request to an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to send arbitrary network requests that are sourced from the affected device. To exploit this vulnerability, the attacker must have valid user credentials on the affected device.

CWE-79 21/01/2026
Cisco Packaged Contact Center Enterprise and Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability
Multiple vulnerabilities in the web-based management interface of Cisco Packaged Contact Center Enterprise (Packaged CCE) and Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (Unified CCE) could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to conduct a cross-site scripting (XSS) attack against a user of the web-based management interface of an affected device.
These vulnerabilities exist because the web-based management interface does not properly validate user-supplied input. An attacker could exploit these vulnerabilities by injecting malicious code into specific pages of the interface. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary script code in the context of the affected interface or access sensitive, browser-based information. To exploit these vulnerabilities, the attacker must have valid administrative credentials.

CWE-200 05/11/2025
Cisco Unified Intelligence Center API Information Disclosure Vulnerability
A vulnerability in the API subsystem of Cisco Unified Intelligence Center could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to obtain sensitive information from an affected system.
This vulnerability is due to improper validation of requests to certain API endpoints. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a valid request to a specific API endpoint within the affected system. A successful exploit could allow a low-privileged user to view sensitive information on the affected system that should be restricted. To exploit this vulnerability, the attacker must have valid user credentials on the affected system.

Apache Log4j2 Remote Code Execution Vulnerability
Apache Log4j2 2.0-beta9 through 2.15.0 (excluding security releases 2.12.2, 2.12.3, and 2.3.1) JNDI features used in configuration, log messages, and parameters do not protect against attacker controlled LDAP and other JNDI related endpoints. An attacker who can control log messages or log message parameters can execute arbitrary code loaded from LDAP servers when message lookup substitution is enabled. From log4j 2.15.0, this behavior has been disabled by default. From version 2.16.0 (along with 2.12.2, 2.12.3, and 2.3.1), this functionality has been completely removed. Note that this vulnerability is specific to log4j-core and does not affect log4net, log4cxx, or other Apache Logging Services projects.
