CVE-2026-48558 Crítica · 10.0 KEV Urgente · 82 Exploit público CWE-347 12/06/2026
SimpleHelp Authentication Bypass Vulnerability
SimpleHelp versions 5.5.15 and prior and 6.0 pre-release versions contain an authentication bypass vulnerability in the OIDC authentication flow. When OIDC authentication is configured, identity tokens submitted during login are accepted without verifying their cryptographic signature. In a vulnerable configuration, a remote, unauthenticated attacker can submit a forged token containing arbitrary identity claims to obtain a fully authenticated technician session. In some configurations, this may also allow bypass of multi-factor authentication. No user interaction is required.

These files include server configuration files containing various secrets and hashed user passwords.

SimpleHelp Missing Authorization Vulnerability
SimpleHelp remote support software v5.5.7 and before has a vulnerability that allows low-privileges technicians to create API keys with excessive permissions. These API keys can be used to escalate privileges to the server admin role.
CVE-2024-57728 Alta · 7.2 KEV Urgente · 70 Exploit público Ransomware CWE-59 15/01/2025
SimpleHelp Path Traversal Vulnerability
