Outline has IDOR in document share creation that allows unauthorized access to private documents across workspaces
Outline is a service that allows for collaborative documentation. The `shares.create` API endpoint starting in version 0.86.0 and prior to version 1.7.0 has an insecure direct object reference.. When both `collectionId` and `documentId` are provided in the request, the authorization logic only checks access to the collection, completely ignoring the document. This allows an authenticated attacker to generate a valid public share link for any document on the platform, including documents belonging to other workspaces. The full document contents can then be retrieved via the `documents.info` endpoint. Version 1.7.0 contains a patch.

Flowise: Unauthenticated TTS endpoint accepts arbitrary credential IDs — enables API credit abuse via stored credentials
Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to 3.1.0, the text-to-speech generation endpoint (POST /api/v1/text-to-speech/generate) is whitelisted (no auth) and accepts a credentialId directly in the request body. When called without a chatflowId, the endpoint uses the provided credentialId to decrypt the stored credential (e.g., OpenAI or ElevenLabs API key) and generate speech. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.1.0.
CVE-2026-41267 Critical · 9.8 CWE-639 Apr 23, 2026

Improper authorization fallback allows scoped user-to-server token installation escape in GitHub Enterprise Server
An improper authorization vulnerability in scoped user-to-server (ghu_) token authorization in GitHub Enterprise Server allows an authenticated attacker to access private repositories outside the intended installation scope, which can include write operations, via an authorization fallback that treated a revoked/deleted installation as a global installation context, which could be chained with token revocation timing and SSH push attribution to obtain and reuse a victim-scoped token. This vulnerability affected all versions of GitHub Enterprise Server prior to 3.21 and was fixed in versions 3.20.1, 3.19.5, 3.18.8, 3.17.14, 3.16.17, 3.15.21, and 3.14.26. This vulnerability was reported via the GitHub Bug Bounty program.

FreeScout: Improper Authorization in Phone Conversation Creation Enables Cross-Mailbox Hidden Customer Modification
FreeScout is a free self-hosted help desk and shared mailbox. Prior to version 1.8.214, the phone-conversation creation flow accepts attacker-controlled `customer_id`, `name`, `to_email`, and `phone` values and resolves the target customer in the backend without enforcing mailbox-scoped customer visibility. As a result, a low-privileged agent who can create a phone conversation in Mailbox A can bind the new Mailbox A phone conversation to a hidden customer from Mailbox B and add a new alias email to that hidden customer record by supplying `to_email`. Version 1.8.214 fixes the vulnerability.
CVE-2026-40590 Medium · 4.3 CWE-639 Apr 21, 2026
FreeScout's Customer AJAX Create Modifies Hidden Existing Customer
FreeScout is a free self-hosted help desk and shared mailbox. Prior to version 1.8.214, the Change Customer modal exposes a “Create a new customer” flow via POST /customers/ajax with action=create. Under limited visibility, the endpoint drops unique-email validation. If the supplied email already belongs to a hidden customer, Customer::create() reuses that hidden customer object and fills empty profile fields from attacker-controlled input. Version 1.8.214 fixes the vulnerability.
CVE-2026-40589 High · 7.6 CWE-639 Apr 21, 2026
FreeScout has Customer Edit Cross-Mailbox Email Takeover
FreeScout is a free self-hosted help desk and shared mailbox. Prior to version 1.8.214, a low-privileged agent can edit a visible customer and add an email address already owned by a hidden customer in another mailbox. The server discloses the hidden customer’s name and profile URL in the success flash, reassigns the hidden email to the visible customer, and rebinds hidden-mailbox conversations for that email to the visible customer. Version 1.8.214 fixes the issue.
